GRANTS ARE APPROVED IF THEY ARE USED FOR GENERAL PHILANTHROPY, RELIGIOUSLY MANDATED ALMSGIVING (ZAKAT), OR COMMUNITY POOLED FUNDING (DONOR-GIVING CIRCLES).
