WE ARE DEDICATED TO CREATING A KIND, DIVERSE, EFFECTIVE, AND ROBUST FIRE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION SUPPORTING FIRE RESILIENCY IN THE FACE OF CLIMATE CHANGE, AND THE RESULTING SOCIAL AND ECOLOGICAL BENEFITS. WE WILL ACHIEVE THESE OUTCOMES THROUGH INCREASING THE PACE AND SCALE OF PRESCRIBED FIRE AND MANAGED FIRE, AND WHERE APPROPRIATE, SUPPRESSION OF WILDFIRES.
