THE NONPROFIT'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHARED COMMUNITY AND TRANSITIONAL OR PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING IN A DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE ENVIRONMENT, EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, RECEIVING MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT OR EXPERIENCING HOUSING INSECURITIES. DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION HAD ZONING AND OTHER ISSUES WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE HOUSING TO CARRY OUT THE ORIGINAL MISSION OF RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING. IT WAS DECIDED THE SWITCH TO SHARED HOUSING FOR THOSE IN NEED WOULD BE A MORE EFFECTIVE MISSION. A NAME CHANGE WAS MADE TO MORE ACCURATELY ALIGN WITH THE NEW MISSION. DURING 2022, A HOUSE WAS LOCATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHARED HOUSING AND WAS OPENED IN EARLY 2023.
