TO RESCUE SICK, INJURED AND ABANDONED SMALL ANIMALS IN KABUL, AFGHANISTAN, AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN AFGHANISTAN, TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND CARE, INCLUDING VETERINARY CARE, FOR SUCH ANIMALS, TO FIND APPROPRIATE RESCUES OR FOREVER HOMES FOR SUCH ANIMALS AND TRANSPORT SUCH ANIMALS, AND TO EDUCATE PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY AS TO THE PROPER CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS. KSAR'S CHARITABLE MISSION REQUIRES EXPENDITURES IN KABUL AND ON OCCASION ABROAD INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FACILITIES, FOOD, VETERINARY STAFF AND TREATMENT, MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORT, SECURITY, UTILITIES, EVACUATION FLIGHTS, AND LOCAL AND FOREIGN STAFF IN KABUL, INCLUDING TRAVEL AND SECURITY EXPENSES FOR FOREIGN STAFF, ALL OF WHICH REQUIRES FUNDS TO BE DISBURSED IN KABUL AS WELL AS ABROAD.

KSAR EVACUATED BY AIR SCORES OF SMALL ANIMALS TO RESCUES AND FOREVER HOMES IN THE US AND OTHER COUNTRIES FROM JANUARY TO JULY 2021. KSAR PREPARED FOR THE SUCCESSFUL AIRLIFT EVACUATION ("MISSION POSSIBLE") OF 286 ANIMALS FROM KABUL TO CANADA IN JANUARY 2022.
