OUR ADULT DAY PROGRAM OFFERS COMMUNITY LIVING SKILLS TRAINING, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, DRUG AND ALCOHOL EDUCATION, AND ASSISTANCE WITH INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND IS GEARED TOWARDS MOVING THE SERVICE RECIPIENT ON TO A MORE INDEPENDENT AND NORMAL LIFESTYLE. WE SERVED AN AVERAGE OF 34 CLIENTS PER DAY FOR 5 DAYS PER WEEK. OUR SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM IS A RESIDENTIAL SETTING WHICH ADDRESSES THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS OF CO-OCCURING AND CO-MORBID DIAGNOSES NOT REQUIRING THE INTENSITY OF SERVICES OFFERED IN A SUBACUTE/ RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SETTING.
