DURING THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR, BASIS CHARTER SCHOOLS INC. OPERATED TWENTY-TWO CHARTER SCHOOLS IN ARIZONA, ELEVEN (11) PRIMARY SCHOOLS, EIGHT (8) UPPER SCHOOLS, AND THREE (3) SERVING KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 12. THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CREATED A LETTER GRADE SYSTEM OF ALL PUBLIC AND CHARTER SCHOOLS, AND SCORED BASIS K-8 SCHOOLS AND HYBRID SCHOOLS, ALL WITH AN "A" GRADE, COVERING POINTS ON PROFICIENCY, GROWTH, AND ACCELERATION READINESS. MANY OF THE BASIS CHARTER SCHOOLS WERE LISTED IN THE U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT, 2021 BEST HIGH SCHOOLS NATIONAL RANKINGS.
