THE NEIGHBORHOOD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS A CERTIFIED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT PROVIDES BUSINESS LOANS, TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT WITHIN TARGETED AREAS OF THE COMMUNITY. NEDCO COLLABORATES AND PARTNERS WITH LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES, BUSINESSES, DEVLOPERS AND OTHER INSITUTIONS TO MEET COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE METRO AREA. THIS FUNDING CONTINUES TO PROVE SUCCESSFUL IN CREATING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS.
