INCREASE THE AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN CITY HEIGHTS/MID CITY. DEVELOP, OWN, OPERATE, AND/OR DIRECT AS MANAGING GENERAL PARTNER NEW DECENT HOUSING AND EXISTING 749 UNITS OF RENTAL HOUSING AT 13 LOCATIONS. APPROXIMATELY 3,000 TENANT RESIDENTS SERVED.


PROVIDES THE RESIDENTS OF OUR HOUSING COMPLEXES THE TOOLS THAT THEY WILL NEED TO SECURE BETTER EMPLOYMENT, HIGHER EDUCATION AND OPTIMUM LIVING CONDITIONS FOR THEIR FAMILIES. BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING AND A MULTIPLE ARRAY OF SUPPORT SERVICES, FAMILIES ARE MADE AWARE OF AND PROVIDED ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES THAT INCREASE THEIR FAMILY'S INCOME, IMPROVE THEIR CHILDREN'S FUTURE AND HAVE A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE.


PROMOTING SAFE, CONVENIENT AND HEALTHY WALKING, BICYCLING AND TRANSIT COMMUNTING OPTIONS FOR THE CITY HEIGHTS COMMUNITY.
