THE MISSION OF THE ARIZONA SHRM STATE COUNCIL IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER NON-PROFIT PURPOSES OF THE SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (SHRM) BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND LEADERSHIP TO SHRM MEMBERS AND CHAPTERS.

WE PROVIEDE CONTINUING EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR HR PROFESSIONALS THROUGH THE EMPLOYMENT LAW & LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE AND THE STATE CONFERENCE. OUR WORKFORCE READINESS INITIATIVES HAVE HELPED YOUTH PREPARE FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL FUTURES. WE INCREASED MEMBER FOR LOCAL CHAPTERS AND SHRM NATIONAL, AND REVENUE GENERATION FOR LOCAL CHAPTERS.
