RECOGNIZING THAT EDUCATION OF THE MEDICAL STAFF IN RECENT TECHNICAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, IN THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND SOCIETAL CONCERNS, THE MEDICAL STAFF HAS DEVELOPED AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM WITH ALMOST DAILY LECTURES AND DEMONSTRATIONS AVAILABLE.
ACCESS TO TECHNICAL MATERIALS THROUGH ONLINE MATERIALS AND OTHER PRINTED MATERIALS AS WELL AS ACCESS TO OUTSIDE PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP AND OTHER SKILLS NECESSARY TO INTERFACE WITH THE COMMUNITY.
IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS IN THE DELIVERY OF MEDICAL CARE, THE MEDICAL STAFF HAS A PROGRAM OF ACCREDITATION, CREDENTIALING AND PEER REVIEW.
