GREW TOTAL MEMBERSHIP BY MORE THAN 30 MEMBERS, AND MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS BY MORE THAN 13 PERCENT; PROVIDED ACCESS TO DENTAL AND VISION BENEFITS FOR OVER 600 PEOPLE ACROSS 60 MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS; CONTINUED OUR TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES AND RESOURCES THROUGH OUR COOP CLINIC AND CONSULTING PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC PEER NETWORKS AND SPEAKERS, INCLUDING TWO NEW PEER NETWORKS; HOSTED WORKER COOP CONFERENCE IN PHILADELPHIA ATTENDED BY 500 WORKER-OWNERS AND MOVEMENT BUILDERS WHICH INCLUDED AN UNPRECEDENTED NUMBER OF SPANISH LANGUAGE TRACKS AND OVER 50 MONOLINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKERS; LAUNCHED A SECOND COHORT OF THE WORKER OWNERSHIP STATE ADVOCACYFELLOWSHIP WITH 14 WORKER OWNERS BUILDING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AROUND ADVOCACY WORK IN THEIR SECTOR OR STATE; EDUCATED AND ADVISED MEMBERS, PARTNERS, AND GOVERNMENT OFF ICIALS REGARDING WORKER OWNERSHIP.
