MEMBERSHIP: MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING THE AWARENESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN WITHIN THE HVACR INDUSTRY.CONFERENCES: OUR ANNUAL WOMEN IN HVACR CONFERENCE PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR MEMBERS.SPONSORSHIP: AS A SPONSOR, WOMEN IN HVACR OFFERS FEMALE EMPLOYEES OPPORTUNITIES TO ADVANCE PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, AS WELL BUILD EMINENCE FOR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE HVACR INDUSTRY AND AS AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE, AND ATTRACT MORE YOUNG WOMEN TO THE INDUSTRY.AMBASSADOR: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES OUTREACH TO TRADE SCHOOL, GRADE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL AND INDUSTRY EVENTS. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO SHOW WOMEN OF ALL AGES THAT ENTERING THE HVACR TRADE IS A GREAT CAREER AND WILL PROVIDE THEM WITH AN OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY.
DURING 2023, WOMEN IN HVACR PROVIDED SIX SCHOLARSHIPS TO WOMEN PREPARING TO ENTER INTO THE HVACR INDUSTRY THROUGH A RELATING DEGREE IN EITHER A FOUR YEAR COLLEGE OR A TECHNICAL COLLEGE/TRADE SCHOOL.
