MEMBERSHIP: MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING THE AWARENESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN WITHIN THE HVACR INDUSTRY.CONFERENCES: OUR ANNUAL WOMEN IN HVACR CONFERENCE PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR MEMBERS.SPONSORSHIP: AS A SPONSOR, WOMEN IN HVACR OFFERS FEMALE EMPLOYEES OPPORTUNITIES TO ADVANCE PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, AS WELL BUILD EMINENCE FOR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE HVACR INDUSTRY AND AS AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE, AND ATTRACT MORE YOUNG WOMEN TO THE INDUSTRY.
