TO TEACH YOUTH RESPONSIBILITY AND PROVIDE ACTIVITIES AND LIFETIME SKILLS IN CONNECTION WITH HORSES. YOUTH ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN HORSES, INCLUDING FEEDING, TRAINING AND EXERCISING. ALSO, TO TEACH YOUTH PERFORMANCE SKILLS AND COMPETITION ACTIVITIES.

COMPETITION THROUGH HORSE TRAINING AND HANDLING, THROUGH PLANNED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS GYMKHANA, RESULTED IN TROUBLED YOUTH LEARNING DISCIPLINE AND GAINING A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. THESE PROGRAMS ARE CHANGED BY THE MEMBERS EACH MONTH TO KEEP THE YOUTH INTERESTED AND FOCUSED ON POSITIVE ACTIVITIES AFTER SCHOOL.
