SAFER TOGETHER WAS FOUNDED IN NOVEMBER 2020. WE IDEATED AND OPERATIONALIZED OUR COVID-19 TESTING PROGRAM IN JANUARY 2021-MARCH 2021. OUR FIRST DEPLOYMENT WAS TO PROVIDE FREE COVID-19 RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING ONSITE AT SCHOOLS, CAMPS, AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS. OUR PILOT TESTING PROGRAM, WHERE WE TESTED STAFF ON A WEEKLY BASIS, FOLLOWED BY A SUCCESSFUL RETURN FROM SPRING BREAK TESTING EVENT FOR 350 PARTICIPANTS. AFTER THE SUCCESS OF OUR PILOT PROGRAM, WE FORMED PARTNERSHIPS WITH TWELVE COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS SERVING CHILDREN AND YOUTH, TO PROVIDE FREE ON-SITE TESTING FOR THEIR SUMMER PROGRAMS.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O
