ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO KEEP ALIVE THE LEGACY OF JOY THOMAS THROUGH AWARDS FOR RESEARCH CONDUCTED IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION THEORY.
