THE FORUM ADVANCES PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF THE REGION TO BRITISH FOREIGN POLICY, AND FACILITATES EDUCATION ABOUT GEOPOLITICS AND GRAND STRATEGY MORE GENERALLY. THE FORUM FACILITATES A RANGE OF SPEAKER EVENTS AND ROUNDTABLES, POLICY RESEARCH INCLUDING RESEARCH BRIEFS, STRATEGIC MEMOS AND LONG-FORM ARTICLES. THE FORUM FACILITATES A RANGE OF SPEAKER EVENTS AND ROUNDTABLES, POLICY RESEARCH INCLUDING RESEARCH BRIEFS, STRATEGIC MEMOS AND LONG-FORM ARTICLES. THE FORUM ALSO FACILITATES THE DISSEMINATION OF EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PUBLICATIONS AND MEDIA.EVENTS ARE USUALLY AN HOUR TO TWO HOURS LONG, FEATURING BETWEEN ONE AND FOUR SPEAKERS. SPEAKERS TALK FOR AROUND 10 TO 15 MINUTES EACH (OR LONGER FOR INDIVIDUAL GUESTS) AND THEN HAVE BETWEEN AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES OF Q&A. THE FORUM HOSTS DIVERSE PANELS FEATURING SPEAKERS WITH DIFFERENT, OFTEN CLASHING POINTS OF VIEW.
