IN 2021, WITH ONE ATTORNEY, ALL RISE BRIEFED THREE CASES IN THE U.S. COURTS OF APPEALS, AND PREVAILED IN JOHNSON V. PETERSON AT THE 6TH CIRCUIT. ALL RISE FILED 14 AMICUS BRIEFS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING IN THE U.S. SUPREME COURT, U.S. COURTS OF APPEALS, AND STATE SUPREME COURTS. ALL RISE FILED 4 COMPASSIONATE RELEASE MOTIONS FOR PEOPLE IN BOP CUSTODY. AND ALL RISE LITIGATED IMPACT CASES IN U.S. DISTRICT COURTS, INCLUDING BROWN V. MARLER, A COVID-19 SUIT AGAINST FDC PHILADELPHIA, AND THOMAS V. TICE, A CASE AGAINST THE PA DOC THAT ALL RISE SETTLED FOR A MAN WHO HAD BEEN CONFINED IN A "DRY CELL" FOR NEARLY 10 DAYS. THAT CASE MADE NEW LAW IN THE THIRD CIRCUIT BEFORE BEING SETTLED (AND ALL RISE TOOK NO FEE IN THE CASE).
