ALL RISE ALSO FILED 17 AMICUS BRIEFS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING IN THE U.S. SUPREME COURT, U.S. COURTS OF APPEALS, AND STATE SUPREME COURTS. AND ALL RISE LITIGATED IMPACT CASES IN U.S. DISTRICT COURTS, INCLUDING INTERVENING IN A CLASS ACTION ON BEHALF OF TWO STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL, A FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND COMPASSIONATE RELEASE MOTION ON THE BASIS OF JUVENILE LIFER STATUS, AND ONGOING 1983 AND BIVENS CASES ON BEHALF OF INCARCERATED PEOPLE.
