THE ORGANIZATION IS AN ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYEES WHO COMBINED TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBER THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN ORDER TO SECURE BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS, WAGES, AND SIMILAR BENEFITS.
