CBIA REPRESENTS THE MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE CALIFORNIA STATE LEGISLATURE, THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, AND OTHER STATE AGENCIES TO ADVOCATE FOR INTELLIGENT, CONSTRUCTIVE POLICIES THAT BOLSTER THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY AND INCREASE HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
