INVESTMENT INCOME BENEFITS THE MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING FOR FUTURE OPERATIONS AND REDUCES CURRENT OPERATING COSTS. CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT PROMOTES UNION RELATED SOLIDARITY AND REDUCES OPERATING COSTS.
