INDUSTRY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION IS OUR MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITY AND MAKES UP APPROXIMATELY 33% OF OUR WORK. CERTIFICATIONS ARE SECURED BY A PASSING RATE ON A TEST, OR THE MORE TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF RELEVANT INDUSTRY PARTICIPATION AS WELL AS EDUCATION, WHICH IS THEN REVIEWED BY A BOARD OF PEERS. THESE CERTIFICATIONS OFFER A BASELINE FOR QUALITY OF INSTALLATION THAT HELPS TO REINFORCE PROPER INSTALLATIONS, REDUCING FAULTY INSTALLATIONS THAT CAN RESULT IN CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION AND POSSIBLE RISK TO HEALTH AND SAFETY.
