STATEWIDE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLES ADMINISTRATION, INC. (SEERA) IS WISCONSIN UTILITIES' STATEWIDE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE RESOURCE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM WORKS WITH ELIGIBLE WISCONSIN RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES TO INSTALL COST-EFFECTIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.THE INFORMATION, RESOURCES AND FINANCIAL INCENTIVES THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TO IMPLEMENT ENERGY SAVING PROJECTS THAT OTHERWISE WOULD NOT BE COMPLETED, OR TO COMPLETE PROJECTS SOONER THAN SCHEDULED. THESE ENERGY PROJECTS: HELP WISCONSIN RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES MANAGE ENERGY COSTS; PROMOTE IN-STATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT; CONTROL WISCONSIN'S GROWING DEMAND FOR ELECTRICITY AND NATURAL GAS.SEERA IS FUNDED BY THE STATE'S INVESTOR-OWNED ENERGY UTILITIES, AS REQUIRED UNDER WIS.
