THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THESE PURPOSES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY EMPLOYEES OF RADIOLOGY PARTNERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHEN THEY SUFFER UNFORESEEABLE HARDSHIPS FROM PERSONAL TRAGEDIES, MEDICAL HARDSHIPS, DISASTERS, OR OTHER SITUATIONS.
