BENICIANS ADOPTING BENICIA - IN 2021 BENICIANS ADOPTING BENICIA (BAB) ORGANIZED AND EXECUTED A CITY CEMETARY CLEAN UP IN COLLABORATION WITH THE CITY OF BENICIA PARK AND COMMUNITY SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WE HAD OVER 50 VOLUNTEERS TO HELP PLUS 5 CITY EMPLOYEES. THE VOLUNTEERS REMOVED OVER 30 TRUCKLOADS OF DEBRIS TO HELP CLEAN UP THE CEMETARY. BENICIANS ADOPTING BENICIA ALSO ORGANIZED A BEAUTIFICATION/LANDSCAPING PROJECT FOR 9TH STREET PARK. WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 30 VOLUNTEERS TO HELP SPREAD BETWEEN 40-60 YARDS OF BARK.
