PROVIDING A STRUCTURAL LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND CONNECTING WOMEN IN RECOVERY FROM ADDICTION TO A SAFE ENVIRONMENT CHARACTERIZED BY HEALTHY BEHAVIORS AND SUPPORT LEADING TO LIFELONG SOBRIETY. EACH RESIDENT PARTICIPATES IN A 5-PHASE PROGRAM. EACH PHASE HAS A DEFINED OBJECTIVE WITH ASSIGNED BOOKS TO READ AND A WRITTEN SUMMARY. THEY PARTICIPATE IN GROUP DISCUSSIONS REGARDING THE READING MATERIAL, ATTEND 3 ADDICTION RECOVERY MEETINGS PER WEEK AND CHURCH ON SUNDAY. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DONATE COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS AND ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO WORK A JOB. EACH RESIDENT IS ASSIGNED HOUSEHOLD CHORES FOR THE WEEK AND IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A WEEKLY BUDGET OF INCOME, EXPENSES, AND SAVINGS.
