COLORSTACK FAMILY: OUR COMMUNITY AT-LARGE WHICH CONSISTS OF 1100+ MEMBERS FROM OVER 300+ SCHOOLS. WE HOST THIS COMMUNITY ON SLACK, ORGANIZE MONTHLY EVENTS FOR THEM TO ATTEND CALLED FAM FRIDAYS, AND A YEARLY CAREER SUMMIT CALLED STACKED UP SUMMIT.
SPROUT: THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE RETENTION OF BLACK AND LATINX COLLEGE STUDENTS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE. AFTER ROUGHLY 3 MONTHS OF CONTENT, CODING, AND COMMUNITY, PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WALK AWAY WITH THE CONFIDENCE NEEDED TO GRADUATE WITH A DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND LAUNCH A CAREER IN ENGINEERING. THIS PROGRAM REACHES AROUND 100 STUDENTS EACH SEMESTER.
CAREER CAMP: THIS PROGRAM IS A MULTI-WEEK INTENSIVE EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO EQUIP OUR LEAST PREPARED STUDENTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, RESOURCES, AND COMMUNITY THEY NEED TO CONQUER THE RECRUITING SEASON. THIS PROGRAM REACHES AROUND 150 STUDENTS EACH SUMMER.
