NSC HELPS HOMEOWNERS AND HOMEBUYERS, WHO ARE PRIMARILY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME OR FROM LOW TO MODERATE INCOME COMMUNITIES, BY PROVIDING EXTENSIVE COUNSELING FOR HOMEBUYERS AND HOMEOWNERS WITH AN UNAFFORDABLE MORTGAGE. SERVICES INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE COUNSELING, BUDGETING, AND OTHER PRE- PURCHASE AND POST-PURCHASE ASSISTANCE.
