BLOOM FITNESS OFFERS PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AN INVITING AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO EXERCIES, LEARN ABOUT HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHOICES, AND HAVE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS.

BLOOM FITNESS OFFERS IN-PERSON GROUP FITNESS CLASSES IN INDOOR CYCLE, PILATES, STRENGTH, DANCE AND YOGA. WE ALSO HAVE A SEPARATE CHAIR ON LAKE CLASS. WE ALSO HAVE A VIRTUAL PROGRAM CALLED BLOOMLIVE!. BLOOM ALSO OFFER AN APP THAT GIVES PEOPLE ACCESS TO OUR CONTENT. CURRENTLY, WE HAVE 30 LOCATIONS IN TEXAS AND FOUR IN NORTH CAROLINA WHERE LIVE CLASSES ARE CONDUCTED. BLOOM HAS APPROXIMATELY 1,200 ATHLETES IN OUR PROGRAM AND GENERATES APPROXIMATELY 1,923 EXPERIENCES A WEEK FOR PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. AN EXPERIENCE IS DEFINED AS AN INDIVIDUAL GOING TO A CLASS.
THE SUCCESS OF BLOOM FITNESS IS DRIVEN BY OFFERING PEOPLE WITH IDD A ROBUST COMMUNITY TO BE PART OF, THAT IS BASED ON A SENSE OF BELONGING, PRIDE AND OF BEING LOVED. THERE ARE MANY WAYS THAT THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED, BUT MUCH OF IT IS DONE THROUGH OUR GOAL SYSTEM THAT HONORS OUR ATHLETES FOR WHAT THEY HAVE EARNED. THE RESULT IS A 90+ PERCENT RETENTION RATE, WHICH IS UNHEARD OF FOR ANY FITNESS PROGRAM.
