FITLOT IS COMMITTED TO HELP COMMUNITITIES FIND THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO PLAN, BUILD, AND PROGRAM OUTDOOR FITNESS PARKS. FITLOT BELIEVES EVERY INDIVIDUAL CAN, AND SHOULD, ENJOY THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE. FITLOT'S VISION IS FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL TO HAVE ACCESS TO A COST-FREE EXERCISE SPACE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THEIR HOMES. A FITLOT IS AN OUTDOOR FITNESS PARK THAT MAKES THE BENEFITS OF INDOOR EXCERISE TRAINING FREE AND ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. A FITLOT FITNESS AREA CONSISTS OF OUTDOOR FITNESS STATIONS DESIGNED TO USE ONE'S OWN BODY WEIGHT AS RESISTANCE, MAKING EACH PIECE OF EQUPMENT AGE, GENDER, AND ABILITY BASED.IN 2019, FITLOT PARTNERED WITH AARP TO BUILD A FITLOT IN ALL 50 STATES INCLUDING D.C., PUERTO RICO, AND THE US VIRGIN INSLANDS OVER A 3- YEAR SCOPE. DURING 2021, FITLOT COMPLETED 18 PARKS IN DIFFERENT MAJOR CITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY. IN 2022, FITLOT COMPLETED 4 PARKS, WHICH 3 WERE BUILT IN NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA AND ONE PARK IN COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO.SINCE FITLOT STARTED IN 2012, THE ORGANIZATION HAS CONTRCUCTED AND ACTIVATED 57 PARKS NATIONWIDE, FROM 10/1/20-10/1/22 FITLOT SUPPORTED OVER 2,200 NO-COST COMMUNITY FITNESS CLASSES WITH OVER 11,000 INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO, AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS.
