TOTS ON THE MOVE PROGRAM -- A LICENSED CHILDCARE PROGRAM THAT IS OPEN DURING THE WEEK DAYS TO PROVIDE A LOVING ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OF TODDLER AGE. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FOSTER LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND SOCIAL INTERACTIONS IN DAILY ACTIVITIES WHILE GIVING PARENTS AND GUARDIANS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK. THIS PROGRAM CURRENTLY RUNS WITH A CAPACITY OF UP TO 11 CHILDREN.AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM -- A PROGRAM DESIGNATED FOR SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN, PRE-K TO HIGH SCHOOL, TO ATTNED AFTER THEIR SCHOOL DAY IS COMPLETE. THE PROGRAM PICKS UP STUDENTS FROM 12 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS IN THE LUFKIN AND ANGELINA COUNTY AREA. THE PROGRAM NOT ONLY GIVES THE CHILDREN A PLAY TO STAY AND WAIT FOR THEIR PARENTS, BUT IT ALSO FUNCTIONS AS A TUTORING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM WHERE THE STUDENTS CAN WORK ON STRENGTHENING THEIR READING, MATH, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SKILLS OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL. THE STUDENTS ARE PROVIDED ONE MEAL, AS WELL AS THE TUTORING SERVICES.SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM -- A 6 TO 8 WEEK DAY CAMP THAT RUNS FROM 8AM TO 5PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY DURING THE SUMMER. IT IS A PLACE FOR STUDENTS TO COME AND RECEIVE TWO MEALS A DAY, WHILE EXPERIENCING NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES. THE CAMP PROVIDES LEARNING TRIPS SUCH AS FAMILY CENTERS, MUSEUMS, AND OTHER LOCATIONS. THE CAMP HAS DAILY OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE STUDENTS TO RETAIN THEIR READING AND MATH SKILLS LEARNED DURING THE SHOOL YEAR, WHILE DOING FUN ACTIVITIES AND MAKING FRIENDS.
