WE ARE FOCUSED ON THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ALL WORKERS AND CELEBRATE EMPLOYERS WHO RAISE THE BAR ON WHAT PROVIDING BEST-IN-CLASS RMH BENEFITS LOOKS LIKE AT WORK. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING A PERFORMANCE STANDARD, BENCHMARK REPORTS, AND A RESOURCE HUB FOR EMPLOYERS, SET THE STANDARD FOR WHAT BEST-IN-CLASS RMH BENEFITS LOOK LIKE IN PRACTICE.

IN 2023, GENDER IDEAL CONVENED BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE AND OTHER EXPERT GROUPS TO EXPLORE THE VIABILITY OF LAUNCHING A FRAMEWORK AND STANDARD MEASURING CORPORATE EMPLOYER'S REPRODUCTIVE AND MATERNAL HEALTH BENEFITS. WE LAUNCHED A STANDARDS WORKING GROUP TO FLESH OUT THE FRAMEWORK AND TESTED IT WITH 10 EMPLOYERS TO VALIDATE THE FRAMING OF TOPICS. WE RECEIVED PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT FROM TWO PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS AND RECEIVED DONATIONS FROM AN INDIVIDUAL TO SUPPORT THE WORK AND HELP FUND OUR ACTIVITIES IN EARLY 2024.
