EVENTS AND CONVENINGS CREATE SPACES FOR BLACK WOMEN TO BE INFORMED, AND ENGAGED AND TO TAKE ACTION THAT WILL EXPAND BLACK WOMENS CIVIC ENGAGEMENT BEYOND THE VOTING BOOTH TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BLACK WOMEN PURSUING ELECTED LEADERSHIP.
