PROVIDE SPACE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES: INCLUDING A TIRE RECYCLING BUSINESS EMPLOYING 2 PEOPLE, WEAVING CLASSES FOR 30 STUDENTS AND EMPLOYING FOUR STAFF PEOPLE.
