EPICENTER ADVOCATES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND THE ARTS AS A HOLISTIC WAY OF IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL GREEN RIVER RESIDENTS.
