RURAL ENTERPRISES OF OKLAHOMA, INC. OFFERS MULTIPLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ELIGIBLE BORROWERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE AN OFFERING OF DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE OF UP TO 4% OF THE FIRST MORTGAGE THROUGH GIFTS AND SECOND MORTGAGES TO LOW MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES.
