TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS FOR PURSUIT OF POST SECONDARY EDUCATION AT A TWO OR FOUR YEAR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING.


DONATION TO THE YOUTH THROUGH AN "AFTER-SCHOOL BACKPACK PROGRAM" THAT PROVIDES NON-PERISHABLE FOOD, FOR SELECT AT-RISK STUDENTS AT PECOS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND NANCY LOPEZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ROSWELL, NM, TO TAKE HOME ON FRIDAYS SO THAT THE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WILL HAVE FOOD TO EAT THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND WHEN SCHOOL MEAL PROGRAMS ARE UNAVAILABLE.


SPORTING CLAY YOUTH BENEFIT EVENT IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT ORGANIZED TO RAISE FUNDS VIA A SPORTING CLAY SHOOTING COMPETITION WITH THE PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS IN CHAVES AND EDDY COUNTY.
