FAMILY HOUSING: THROUGH OUR FAMILY JOURNEY PROGRAM, TMM PROVIDES A TWO YEAR TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM FOR SINGLE MOMS AND THEIR CHILDREN ON THE PATH TO INDEPENDENT LIVING. TMM PROVIDES SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE IN A SAFE COMMUNITY COMPLETE WITH PRIVATE PLAYGROUNDS, LAUNDRY FACILITIES AND A COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER. THROUGH OUR SENIOR AND VETERANS HOUSING PROGRAM, TMM PROVIDES 10 DUPLEXES (5 ARE ADA ACCESSIBLE) FEATURING TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH FLOORPLANS TO ACCOMMODATE LIVE-IN CAREGIVERS OR FAMILY MEMBERS.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES
RENTAL HOUSING: PROVIDES LOW-COST HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INCOME, EDUCATION, HEALTH AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS. TMM ACCEPTS APPLICANTS IN SECTION 8 HOUSING AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS UNDER SHELTER PLUS CARE, A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ADDRESS CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS DUE TO PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY
COMMUNITY CLOSET: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH 39 NONPROFIT AGENCIES, GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS, SOCIAL AGENICES AND CHURCHES, TMM DISTRIBUTES VOUCHERS WHICH EACH AGENCY DELIVERS AT THEIR DISCRETION TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED. THIS ALLOWS THOSE IN NEED THE OPPORTUNITY TO "SHOP" FOR NEW CLOTHING, SHOES, ACCESSORIES AND BEDDING FREE OF CHARGE.
