TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A COLORADO SPORTS HALL OF FAME MUSEUM ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 18,268 PERSONS IN 2023, INCLUDING APPROXIMATELY 2,023 STUDENTS. OF THE VISITORS, APPROXIMATELY 16,408 PARTICIPATED IN A GUIDED TOUR OF THE MUSEUM AND INVESCO FIELD AT MILE HIGH STADIUM.
