TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A COLORADO SPORTS HALL OF FAME MUSEUM ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 19,425 PERSONS IN 2021, INCLUDING APPROXIMATELY 3,806 STUDENTS. OF THE VISITORS, APPROXIMATELY 15,225 PARTICIPATED IN A GUIDED TOUR OF THE MUSEUM AND INVESCO FIELD AT MILE HIGH STADIUM.
TO ORGANIZE AND CONDUCT ANNUAL HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES IN THE PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL STADIUM, ELEVATING THE RECOGNITION OF YOUTH ATHLETIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND PROMOTING YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS.
