THE MUSEUM RACE DIVISION CONDUCTS THE ANNUAL PIKES PEAK INTERNATIONAL HILL CLIMB AUTOMOBILE RACE WHICH SUPPORTS THE MUSEUM ALONG WITH THE MUSEUM EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
THE PPIHC ADMINISTRATION PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE PERMANENT MUSEUM, THE MOBILE TRAVELING MUSEUM, THE OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE PPIHC ORGANIZATION, THE ANNUAL PPIHC RACE, AS WELL AS THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND PUBLIC OUTREACH. THE MUSEUM ADMINISTRATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT TO THE PIKES PEAK HIGHWAY AUTHORITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE ANNUAL CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS FAN FEST COMMUNITY EVENT WHICH WAS CANCELLED IN 2020 AND 2021 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
