FIRST ACCOMPLISHMENT: THE TASK FORCE DEVELOPED A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM AMONG MEMBERS HAVING A COMMON BUSINESS PURPOSE THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE TASK FORCE'S PURPOSE, PROVIDING A FORUM FOR NETWORKING AMONG ITS MEMBERS, PROMOTING THE BUSINESS OF ITS MEMBERS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND TAKING ACTION INTENDED TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF ITS MEMBERS. THE TASK FORCE DEVELOPS INDUSTRY POSITIONS AND INTERACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES ON EMERGING REGULATIONS, LEGISLATION AND GUIDELINES AND DISCUSSES INTERPRETATIONS OF REGULATIONS THAT MAY IMPACT THE TASK FORCE MEMBERSHIP.
