PREVENT UNFAIR PRACTICES IN THE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE NEW MOTOR VEHICLE FRANCHISE SYSTEM IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
