ATLANTIC CULTURAL CONNECTIONS (ACC) HAS BEEN ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE CULTURAL EXCHANGE, EDUCATION, AND AWARENESS. MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE AWARENESS ON THE TURKISH-AMERICAN CULTURE AND HERITAGE, AS WELL AS ORGANIZE THE CULTURAL EXCHANGE BETWEEN EXISTING TURKISH-AMERICAN NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES. BY PROVIDING THESE PROGRAMS, ACC WILL ASSIST IN STRENGTHENING THE TURKISH-AMERICAN CULTURE AND COMMUNITY.

ATLANTIC CULTURAL CONNECTIONS HOSTS AN ANNUAL RETREAT IN DECEMBER FOR TURKISH-AMERICAN FAMILIES TO SHARE THEIR CULTURAL PRACTICES AND CELEBRATE THEIR HERITAGE. THE ANNUAL RETREAT WILL LAST SEVEN TO TEN DAYS, DEPENDING ON INTEREST IDENTIFIED.
