IN 2022, THE HOUSING COOPERATIVE BOARD CONTINUED TO HAVE MONTHLY MEETINGS TO DISCUSS ALL ASPECTS OF HOUSE GOVERNANCE. DISCUSSIONS MAINLY FOCUSED ON MEMBERSHIPPING NEW MEMBERS. THE BOARD ALSO REGULARLY MET WITH THE DEVELOPERS TO RECEIVE PROGRESS UPDATES ON CONSTRUCTION. LASTLY, THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO HUFFLEPUFF LLC IN SEPTEMBER, 2022. HUFFLEPUFF IS A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP THAT CONTAINS REJENERATE (1%) AND RAVENCLAW (99%) AS ITS ONLY MEMBERS. THIS STRUCTURE WAS CHOSEN TO MAKE-USE OF HISTORIC TAX CREDITS. IT WILL DISSOLVE IN 5 YEARS AND AT THAT TIME REJENERATE WILL BE THE SOLE OWNER.
