OUR MISSION IS TO INSPIRE UNDERSERVED YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS, HELPING THEM RECOGNIZE THEIR INNER TALENTS AND GAIN CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO SHAPE A POSITIVE FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE THEM WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS EXPERIENCING POVERTY, TRAUMA, OR SOCIAL INJUSTICE, ENABLING THEM TO BECOME THRIVING CONTRIBUTORS TO SOCIETY THROUGH CAREER READINESS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, OUTREACH, AND AWARENESS EFFORTS.

ASSISTING OVER 40 FAMILIES IN OVERCOMING HARDSHIPS: WE HAVE PLAYED A PIVOTAL ROLE IN HELPING MORE THAN 40 FAMILIES OVERCOME A VARIETY OF CHALLENGES. THROUGH OUR CAREER READINESS PROGRAM, WE'VE GUIDED THEM TOWARDS SECURING GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORTED THEIR JOURNEY TO BREAK FREE FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE. ADDITIONALLY, WE'VE PROVIDED CRUCIAL FOOD SUPPORT TO ENSURE THEIR BASIC NEEDS ARE MET.
HIV SELF-TESTING KIT DISTRIBUTION: WE HAVE SUPPLIED AND DISTRIBUTED OVER 250 HIV SELF-TESTING KITS, SPECIFICALLY TAILORED TO SUPPORT YOUNG ADULTS AND INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY. THIS HAS CONTRIBUTED TO RAISING AWARENESS AND PROMOTING HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS IN THESE GROUPS. THESE MILESTONES DEMONSTRATE OUR UNWAVERING DEDICATION TO IMPROVING THE WELLBEING AND PROSPECTS OF THOSE WE SERVE, MAKING OUR COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL.
COVID-19 VACCINATION OUTREACH: IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE'VE SUCCESSFULLY ADMINISTERED VACCINES TO 221 INDIVIDUALS IN NORTH MINNEAPOLIS, TARGETING THE MOST VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN THE AREA. OUR EFFORTS HAVE PLAYED A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN MITIGATING THE IMPACT OF THE VIRUS.
PLEDGE FOR A DRUG-FREE COMMUNITY: OUR ADVOCACY INITIATIVES HAVE LED TO 1,000 YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS PLEDGING THEIR COMMITMENT TO A DRUG-FREE COMMUNITY. THESE INDIVIDUALS HAVE NOT ONLY SIGNED THE PLEDGE BUT HAVE ALSO BECOME ACTIVE ADVOCATES, WORKING THE CREATE A HEALTHIER AND SAFER ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL.
