AECN PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL EARLY CHILDHOOD SETTINGS RANGING FROM ONLINE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE KENTUCKY COMMONWEALTH CHILD CARE CREDENTIAL TO THE NATIONAL INTERNATIONAL CDA CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE. THOSE OPPORTUNITIES ARE STATEWIDE. OUR GENERAL TRAINING AREA INCLUDES OVER 40 COUNTIES IN THE EASTERN MOUNTAIN AND CUMBERLAND REGIONS OF KENTUCKY. WE ALSO PROVIDE PRESERVICE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LARGE GROUPS SUCH AS PUBLIC PRESCHOOL EARLY HEAD START AND HEAD START. CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS AS WELL AS THE OTHERS MENTIONED CAN ACCESS OUR ONLINE TRAINING TO MEET ANNUAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS AND IN PERSON WHEN POSSIBLE. OWLSEY COUNTY EARLY HEAD START AND HEAD START UTILIZE OUR SERVICES ANNUALLY FOR EITHER ONLINE OR FACE TO FACE PRESERVICE TRAINING.
