AN IMPLEMENTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE AT-RISK ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO REMAIN IN SCHOOL. AGENCY STAFF WORK TO LINK STUDENTS TO COUNSELORS AND ACADEMIC SUPPORT SO THEY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL AT SCHOOL. OVER 5,000 STUDENTS WERE SERVED DURING THE YEAR.
