THE ASSOCIATION COORDINATES SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR IOWANS INVOLVED IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION.
THE ASSOCIATION HOSTS THE ANNUAL MEETING AND CONVENTION FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP EACH YEAR IN AUGUST. THE CONVENTION INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR NETWORKING AND SHARING OF IDEAS AMONG PEERS.
THE ASSOCIATION SERVES AS THE VOICE FOR, AND ADVOCATE OF, EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE STATE OF IOWA.
