DEVELOPMENT:-PROCURED THE HELP OF EXPERT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS TO INFORM THE BUILDOUT OF OUR DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS-IDENTIFIED, CULTIVATED, AND STEWARDED PROSPECTIVE DONOR RELATIONSHIPS, INCLUDING MAJOR GIFTS PROSPECTS-DEVELOPED TEMPLATE MATERIAL FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS, PRESENTATIONS, AND DONOR CULTIVATION-APPLIED FOR GRANTS TO SUPPORT OPERATIONS, CAPACITY BUILDING, AND PANEL RECRUITMENT-CONDUCTED AN ANNUAL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN-CONDUCTED STRATEGIC PLANNING WITH DONOR, EXPERT CONSULTANT, AND BOARD INPUT RESULTING IN A 3-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN-ESTABLISHED THE OREGON VALUES AND BELIEFS CENTER ENDOWMENT FUND THROUGH THE OREGON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION-CONDUCTED SEVERAL CUSTOM RESEARCH PROJECTS, ADVANCING OUR EARNED-INCOME REVENUE STREAM
