SUPPORT WELL-BEING OF CALIFORNIA BY LEGALIZING IN-PERSON SPORTS WAGERING, ROULETTE, AND DICE GAMES ON TRIBAL LEGALIZE IN-PERSON SPORTS WAGERING, ROULETTE, AND DICE GAMES ON TRIBAL LANDS, AND ON-LINE SPORTS WAGERING STATEWIDE, IF OPERATED BY FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED INDIAN TRIBES UNDER (1) COMPACTS APPROVED BY LEGISLATURE, (2) THE MODEL COMPACT APPROVED BY THIS MEASURE, OR (3) LAWS ENACTED BY THIS MEASURE AND STATE REGULATIONS APPROVED BY TRIBAL REPRESENTATIVES.

THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS FURTHERED BECAUSE IT WILL LIMIT SPORTS WAGERING TO PERSONS 21 AND OLDER, DIRECT SPORTS-WAGERING FUNDS TO HOMELESSNESS AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS, AND INCREASE BOTH STATE AND LOCAL REVENUES.THE ORGANIZATION CIRCULATED A BALLOT MEASURE IN 2022 (21-0039A1). THE BALLOT MEASURE DID NOT RECEIVE ENOUGH SIGNATURES TO QUALIFY FOR THE BALLOT.THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONTINUE TO RAISE AND SPEND FUNDS TO SUPPORT OR OPPOSE ONE OR MORE CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE BALLOT MEASURES WITH SIMILAR OBJECTIVES.
