ALL RISING LEADERS BROKE GENERAL OBSTACLES OF SINGLE-PARENTHOOD, WELFARE DEPENDENCE, HOUSING INSECURITY, TRANSPORTATION INSECURITY, EMOTIONAL WEAKNESSES, AND RACIAL DIVISION. WAGE RATES GREW 57%, 100% WERE EMPLOYED, 40% RANK AT THE HIGHEST OF RESILIENCE, AND 85% LIVED INDEPENDENTLY. THEY INSPIRED THE NEXT GENERATION TO FOLLOW THEIR EXAMPLES OF HOPE, WITH 64% WHO SERVED AS YOUTH LEADERS IMPACTING 300+ KIDS IN THE COMMUNITY. FIVE (63%) WERE CERTIFIED AS LEVEL 1 LEADERS WHO LEAD THEMSELVES WELL.
